Miami Vice One is a sleek, one-bedroom luxury villa set directly on the calm, turquoise waters of a private bay on the island’s scenic southwest coast—just a short stroll from Sapodilla Bay Beach, yet peacefully removed from the crowds. Positioned for year-round sunset views, this villa offers rare seclusion in one of Turks and Caicos’ most photogenic and serene waterfront locations.
Swim, sunbathe, or unwind by your private pool with unobstructed views of the bay. From the elevated king suite to the open-concept living area and spacious pool terrace, nearly every corner of the villa celebrates the natural beauty of this hidden gem coastline. Sea turtles are frequent visitors in these crystal-clear shallows, and the soft glow of sunset lights up the water each evening.
Miami Vice One shares a gated driveway and paddleboards with its sister villa next door but maintains privacy thanks to thoughtful design and a dividing wall between pools. Wade just a few steps into the bay to explore calm waters by kayak or paddleboard, relax in the oversized soaking tub, or enjoy a beachfront moment on a small stretch of white sand tucked just around the bend.
Grill up fresh fish on the BBQ, enjoy tropical cocktails on the patio, or walk to the nearby Las Brisas restaurant for a sunset dinner over Chalk Sound. Grocery stores and dining options in Grace Bay are about 15–20 minutes by car, making this villa an ideal balance of convenience and seclusion.
Notes:
• One additional guest, including babies/infants, may be permissible with a supplemental fee.
• Our villas include a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most of our villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
• The bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bath, a large soaking tub, a TV, and a patio, all with stunning sea views.
• Electricity is metered to discourage A/C use with open doors and windows. It is not expensive if used judiciously, and you are not charged for the first $150.00 per week in usage, after which you will be charged at the current rate per kilowatt-hour. This holiday villa has two separate air conditioning systems, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed. Miami Vice One gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment during your vacation.
• A $235 (+ tax) cleaning fee is added to the rental rate, and housekeeping services are provided once mid-week for all bookings of 7 nights or more.

The island is renowned for its stunning white-sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and vibrant coral reefs, making it a slice of paradise in the Caribbean.
Grace Bay Beach, often topping lists of the world's best beaches, is the crown jewel of Providenciales. This pristine stretch of soft, white sand and calm, clear waters is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and simply relaxing. The beach is also lined with a variety of resorts, restaurants, and shops, providing convenience and luxury for visitors.
For those interested in marine life, Providenciales offers some of the best snorkeling and diving opportunities in the Caribbean. The island is surrounded by one of the largest coral reef systems in the world, teeming with colorful fish, sea turtles, and other marine creatures. Smith's Reef and Bight Reef are popular snorkeling spots, while the walls of Northwest Point and West Caicos provide thrilling dives for the more adventurous.
Beyond the beaches, Provo is home to the only conch farm in the world, the Caicos Conch Farm, where visitors can learn about the life cycle of these fascinating marine snails and the importance of sustainable farming practices. The island's natural beauty extends to the interior, with the Chalk Sound National Park offering a stunning lagoon of brilliant blue water dotted with tiny islets.
For golf enthusiasts, the Provo Golf Club is a beautifully landscaped championship course that offers a challenging round amidst tropical flora and fauna. After a day of activities, visitors can indulge in Providenciales' culinary scene, which showcases a blend of local flavors and international cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh seafood.
The island also caters to those seeking a cultural experience, with events like the weekly Island Fish Fry bringing locals and tourists together to enjoy traditional music, dance, and food. The event is a lively celebration of Turks and Caicos culture and a perfect way to mingle with the friendly island community.
In summary, Providenciales is a destination that offers a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and cultural experiences. Its world-class beaches, exceptional underwater world, and luxurious amenities make it an ideal getaway for travelers seeking a tropical escape.
