Welcome to Sunset Shore—a peaceful, upscale stretch of Providenciales’ southwest coast nestled between Chalk Sound, Sapodilla Bay, and Taylor Bay. This exclusive waterfront enclave is known for its calm, swimmable waters, glowing sunsets, and total seclusion from the beach crowds and vendors found elsewhere on the island.
Perched directly on the edge of a quiet, private bay within Sunset Shore, Miami Vice Two is a modern two-bedroom villa designed for those who want the beauty of Turks and Caicos without the bustle. Though just minutes from Sapodilla and Taylor Bay Beaches, the villa enjoys a truly serene setting—no vendors, no foot traffic, and no immediate neighbors in sight.
Step through the gated driveway and into a scene of turquoise water, swaying palms, and sleek island design. Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that disappear to reveal the private pool terrace and panoramic water views. The living room features a hidden, rise-up flat-screen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything you need to enjoy the island at your own pace.
Upstairs, two equal master suites each boast king beds, deep soaking tubs, and walk-in waterfall showers with views of Chalk Sound in the distance. The layout is ideal for two couples or a small family looking to share space without sacrificing comfort or privacy.
Miami Vice Two also includes two kayaks and two paddleboards (shared with the neighboring villa) so you can explore the bay, where calm waters and frequent sea turtle sightings make for unforgettable adventures.
Dine al fresco on the terrace, grill your fresh catch, and watch the sun melt into the water—this is Sunset Shore, and Miami Vice Two is your front-row seat.
Bedroom Breakdown:
• Bedroom 1 (Master): King-size bed, en-suite bath, large soaking tub, patio, TV.
• Bedroom 2 (Master): King-size bed, en-suite bath, large soaking tub, patio, TV.
Notes:
• One additional guest, including babies/infants, may be permissible with a supplemental fee.
• Our villas include a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most of our villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
• Electricity is metered to discourage A/C use with open doors and windows. Guests are given an allotment of $200 per week for A/C. If that amount is exceeded, guests pay at a cost per kilowatt usage. This holiday villa has three separate air conditioning systems, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed. Miami Vice Villa gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment during your vacation.
• Please note that the architect designed the property without screens so that the view would not be obstructed for you.
• A $285 (+ tax) cleaning fee is added to the rental rate, and housekeeping services are provided once mid-week for all bookings of 7 nights or more.

About the area
Providenciales, known locally as "Provo," is the most developed island in the Turks and Caicos archipelago and a premier destination for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. The island is renowned for its stunning white-sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and vibrant coral reefs, making it a slice of paradise in the Caribbean.
Grace Bay Beach, often topping lists of the world's best beaches, is the crown jewel of Providenciales. This pristine stretch of soft, white sand and calm, clear waters is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and simply relaxing. The beach is also lined with a variety of resorts, restaurants, and shops, providing convenience and luxury for visitors.
For those interested in marine life, Providenciales offers some of the best snorkeling and diving opportunities in the Caribbean. The island is surrounded by one of the largest coral reef systems in the world, teeming with colorful fish, sea turtles, and other marine creatures. Smith's Reef and Bight Reef are popular snorkeling spots, while the walls of Northwest Point and West Caicos provide thrilling dives for the more adventurous.
Beyond the beaches, Provo is home to the only conch farm in the world, the Caicos Conch Farm, where visitors can learn about the life cycle of these fascinating marine snails and the importance of sustainable farming practices. The island's natural beauty extends to the interior, with the Chalk Sound National Park offering a stunning lagoon of brilliant blue water dotted with tiny islets.
For golf enthusiasts, the Provo Golf Club is a beautifully landscaped championship course that offers a challenging round amidst tropical flora and fauna. After a day of activities, visitors can indulge in Providenciales' culinary scene, which showcases a blend of local flavors and international cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh seafood.
The island also caters to those seeking a cultural experience, with events like the weekly Island Fish Fry bringing locals and tourists together to enjoy traditional music, dance, and food. The event is a lively celebration of Turks and Caicos culture and a perfect way to mingle with the friendly island community.
In summary, Providenciales is a destination that offers a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and cultural experiences. Its world-class beaches, exceptional underwater world, and luxurious amenities make it an ideal getaway for travelers seeking a tropical escape.
