This apartment has a total living space of approximately 45 m², comprising a living-dining room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a 1.60 m wide box spring bed, another bedroom with a loft bed (the lower level is 1.40 m wide and the upper level 1 m wide) (this room does not have an opening window!), a shower room, and a wide balcony. The living room also features a television.
Each room has an infrared heater for heating.
Skiers can store their skis in the ski storage room in front of the stairwell. There is a separate area for bicycles in the underground garage.
This apartment includes a private parking space in the underground garage, although it only has a height of 1.90 m.
Countless hiking trails begin right outside the house, and a ski rental shop is located about 200 m away, directly at the Kappe ski area. Winterberg town center can be reached in just over 15 minutes on foot.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.
