There are 2 separate dining areas and a bar. STUDY ROOM There is 1 study room with a workstation. It is filled with books to read. GAMES AREA There are board and indoor games like Uno, Chess, and Scrabble. There is an outdoor sports court to play Cricket, Darts, Badminton, Volleyball, Football, and Frisbee. There is a kids’ play area for kids to have a fun time. ENTERTAINMENT AREA There is a projector to watch movies and TV shows. There is a karaoke setup for singing and grooving on beats. There are dance and music classes available for fun, engaging experiences. GYM There is a well-equipped gym. It is filled with weightlifting equipment, yoga facilities, and martial arts. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. LAWN There are 2 lawns, one is 11,800 sq. ft, and the other is 10,500 sq. ft. with a gazebo. It can seat up to 50 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space, a hammock, and loungers. POOL There is a private plunge pool. The pool is 45ft x 24ft with a depth of 5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked.
