This expansive home of 360 m² spreads across two levels connected by an inner courtyard, with independent entrances for added privacy. Designed to host large families or groups, Villa Aigai boasts seven beautifully appointed bedrooms and six bathrooms, accommodating guests in style and comfort. Sleeping arrangements include spacious doubles, flexible twin rooms that can be converted into doubles upon request, and additional sofa beds in the three elegant living rooms. A special note is that one of the bedrooms and bathrooms are accessed through the courtyard, while another bedroom is located in the attic, adding unique charm and character to the layout.
The villa features two fully equipped kitchens and a kitchenette, each thoughtfully stocked with premium appliances including espresso machines, dishwashers, ovens and ample dining space. Guests will also find three washer-dryers, flat screen TVs with streaming services, Coco-Mat mattresses, high-speed WiFi and a host of quality furnishings enhanced by restored vintage pieces and striking photographic artwork. A tranquil courtyard garden and terrace provide the perfect spot to unwind after exploring the vibrant streets of Athens.
Baby cots and highchairs are available free of charge upon request, while transfers from the airport or port can be arranged with trusted associates. The villa may also be reserved for film productions, photo shoots or special events. Please note that a refundable security deposit is required on arrival and will be returned in full subject to a property inspection at check-out.
Check-in begins at 16:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Guests can be assured that Villa Aigai follows strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with WHO and Greek Government regulations, including full disinfection between stays and contactless check-in options.
