This spacious apartment occupies an entire floor of the townhouse and measures 160 m², offering three well-appointed bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a bright living room with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. A major highlight is the exclusive courtyard garden, an oasis of calm where guests can relax after a day of exploring. The interiors are furnished with premium pieces, including Coco-Mat mattresses and a mix of new and carefully restored vintage elements. The third bedroom and bathroom are accessed through the inner courtyard, offering additional privacy. The twin bedrooms can also be prepared as doubles on request.

For larger groups, the apartment may be booked together with other accommodations within the same complex.
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Guests should also be aware that a refundable security deposit may be required on arrival, which will be reimbursed in full at check-out subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
