The living areas feature a spacious lounge, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, and washing machine. The villa’s private terrace and balcony overlook the pool and landscaped gardens, providing the ideal setting for long summer evenings. Villa Thalassaia maintains a strict non-smoking policy and does not allow hen, stag, or similar parties. Guests under 18 may only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of €300 is required upon arrival, collected either in cash or by card, and refunded in full after departure subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. There are no additional compulsory costs beyond this deposit unless guests opt for extra services, which can be arranged on request.
