Nauset Farms Market provides a professional butcher ready to assist you in choosing the ideal entree for that night’s grilling delight, as well as farm fresh produce, freshly made deli sandwiches and taste tempting homemade desserts.
The property itself is a multi-structure compound, consisting of the main house, guest cottage, pool cabana, office/recreation center, and believe it or not, its own freestanding snack shack.
Outdoor Living Space
As you would expect, your outdoor living experience centers on the large, heated, saltwater pool and hot tub. You’ll find plenty of comfy lounge chairs for your poolside pleasure. The beautiful landscaping is a true delight. Be sure to experience the enclosed outdoor shower, a Cape Cod ritual that never gets old. Take a break from the sun in the poolside cabana. You’ll find a beverage center, half bath and laundry area inside. Put the gas grill to work and plan to dine on the large pool patio. You will also find a large firepit on the patio off the back of the main house.
Indoor Living Space
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is a pleasure. New stainless-steel appliances and beautiful granite counters make meal prep a rewarding experience. The kitchen flows into the large dining area and family room with a gas fireplace. At the front of the house on the main level you’ll discover one of several recreation areas at this property, featuring a pool table.
The guest house has a kitchen, living room and full bath. Still another structure at this property is the game room/office. It provides a work station, half bath and bar/lounge with a large TV.
And then, just for fun, there’s the snack shack, which features a hot dog roaster, deep freezer for ice cream, refrigerator, and a sliding window for service.
Sleeping Accommodations
The main house has four bedrooms, each with a full bath ensuite. The upper level provides the king primary suite, and its beautiful private full bath is immense. It also has a gas fireplace and balcony overlooking the compound.
There are two more bedroom suites upstairs via a separate stairway, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen. The lower level of the main house is home to three queen-sized beds and en suite bath. The guest house features a bedroom with a queen size bed and full private bath. In all the property has five full and three half baths.
