So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. - Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. - No RV or Trailer parking. - Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood for the Fire Pit and charcoal for the grill. - Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase. - The Fireplace is only operational from October 1 - April 1. - The streaming services available on the property’s Smart TVs require the guests’ own personal login.
