Our two bedroom, two bath condo offers comfortable accommodations for up to six guests, making it perfect for families and friends. The newly updated living area, bedrooms and baths features designer furniture in colors that complement the beautiful gulf coast setting for your enjoyment and comfort. The living/dining area is complete with a comfortable chaise sofa and swivel chairs, original art appoints the walls with sophisticated lighting and ceiling fan. The smart TV will keep you entertained with music and programming. The glass and maple dining table has seating for six and makes any meal a memorable occasion. A fully appointed kitchen provides the ease of cooking with state of the art equipment, maple cabinets and granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances and two Italian built swivel stools for informal snacking. The master bedroom with its spacious modern king sized bed and individual adjustable reading lights has balcony access, along with ceiling fan and TV. Enjoy your morning coffee in the comfort of bed while watching the waves roll in. The remodeled master bath has a large walk in shower with Euro glass doors, décor tile, adjustable height shower, comfort height toilet and designer vanity. The second bedroom is equipped with two full sized beds, contemporary furniture and a newly remodeled ensuite bathroom. There is a full sized tub with adjustable height shower, new fixtures, vanity and tile, all in decorator colors. A stacked full sized washer/dryer keeps all your duds fresh and clean. The balcony provides a spectacular view of the gulf with its bistro table and chairs allowing a relaxing place for breakfast or evening cocktails. Watch the fishing fleets on Perdido Pass and dolphins playing in the gulf waters.
