On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a beautifully designed living area with a fireplace that creates a cosy atmosphere during the cooler months, alongside a fully equipped kitchen and dining space ideal for relaxed meals at home. This level also features a flexible bedroom with a queen-size bed that can be arranged as two singles, as well as a stylish bathroom. Large openings connect the interior to the outdoor area, where a private swimming pool is framed by flowers, trees and a shaded pergola, providing an intimate setting for outdoor dining and long, unhurried days under the Ithacan sun. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and an additional bathroom are located. From here, guests can step out onto the terrace and enjoy sweeping views across the sea and the surrounding mountains, a perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset moments. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern amenities including a flat-screen television with streaming services, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine and heating, ensuring comfort in every season.
