Architectural Gem in Santa Catarina is a freshly renovated, unique two-level apartment accommodating up to 6 guests, 4 in two bedrooms and 2 on a sofa bed. Located on the ground floor, please note there are two sets of stairs, one to enter the apartment and another inside. Enjoy a small patio, balcony, and complimentary Wi-Fi for a relaxing stay.

The Space
Welcome to our charming apartment, carefully designed to offer both comfort and style. On the lower level, you’ll find an inviting open-plan living area in clean white tones, complemented by warm wooden details. A beautifully crafted dining table anchors the space, making it ideal for long breakfasts or relaxed dinners at home. The dining area opens onto a small private patio, perfect for enjoying some fresh air. A guest toilet is conveniently located on this level, along with a fully equipped kitchen that provides everything you need to prepare a relaxed meal after a day exploring Lisbon.
A short flight of stairs leads to the upper level, where the sleeping quarters offer privacy and comfort. One bedroom features two single beds, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. A second full bathroom serves this floor. Between the bedrooms, a thoughtfully arranged corridor includes a sofa bed accommodating two additional guests, as well as a dedicated desk for those combining work with leisure.
Overlooking the patio below, a distinctive interior balcony adds architectural character and a sense of openness, connecting both levels through light and space.
The Neighborhood
Santa Catarina is one of Lisbon’s coolest and most authentic neighbourhoods. Located between Bairro Alto, Bica and Chiado, this neighbourhood is one of the best-kept treasures in the heart of Lisbon everyone wants to live in. Starting with the famous Adamastor viewpoint and ending with the new vibe in Rua do Poço dos Negros, Santa Catarina is bound to be a neighbourhood worth exploring. The colourful 17 th and 18th -century buildings preserve their original architectural lines, while many new facilities are being built and invested in to accommodate new homes, restaurants, cafés, and concept stores. Narrow, steep streets make their way up the hill to offer you beautiful views overlooking the Tagus River and the city.
