In the spacious living room, the stylish nautical design perfectly complements the setting, and there are plenty of seating options for the whole group. Two navy sofas and two accent chairs are anchored around a 70” Smart TV, perfect for family movie nights.
Open to the living room and the Gulf views beyond, the fully equipped kitchen features wood cabinetry, expansive granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A separate wet bar with an ice maker, blender, and assorted glassware beckons your family’s bartender to craft post-beach drinks, and there is seating for four at the huge breakfast bar. A six-person dining table is just around the corner in the Gulf-front dining room, the perfect spot for leisurely meals with family and friends.
When you need to rest and recharge, three bedrooms are decorated in soothing hues with crisp white linens, flatscreen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms, including the primary ensuite with its double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and separate shower. With a King bed in the primary suite, two Queen beds in the second bedroom and a King bed in the 3rd bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa, this home accommodates up to 10 guests. There is also a fourth full bathroom with a washer and dryer for your comfort and convenience.
