Filled with sunlight, the open living space is warm and welcoming, decorated in calming neutral tones complemented by beach-inspired artwork and coastal decor. Whether you’re watching TV, hosting a game night, or simply enjoying the views, there’s plenty of seating for everyone.
Open to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen features warm wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything else you need. There’s also an accompanying wet bar with an additional sink, ice maker, and blender – the perfect drink station. When it’s time to dine, three stools at the large breakfast bar make a great spot for casual meals and snacks, while the Gulf view formal dining room hosts six under an elegant chandelier.
With three well-appointed bedrooms and four full bathrooms, this home accommodates up to 10 guests with the perfect layout for families. In the primary suite, a King bed is accompanied by a flatscreen TV, high-quality furnishings, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and separate shower. Each of the guest bedrooms has two beds (two Queens and two full beds), a flatscreen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. The fourth bathroom hosts the washer and dryer.
When you want to feel the Gulf breeze, step out onto your private Gulf-front balcony. The endless Gulf views will take your breath away.
