Bedrooms • Bedroom 1: King bed with private en suite bathroom • Bedroom 2: Queen bed • Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (Full bed over 2 twin beds) Each bedroom features cozy linens, soft lighting, and plenty of space to unwind after a day outdoors. Bathrooms Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms—one with a tub, and another with a stand up shower. Living Area The open-concept living room has vaulted ceilings, forest views, and a comfortable seating area perfect for reading, relaxing, or streaming your favorite shows on the 55" LG Smart TV. Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials—cookware, utensils, and modern appliances—so you can prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner. The dining table offers the perfect spot for shared meals or board games. Outdoor Spaces Step onto your private deck and enjoy the bubbling hot tub surrounded by trees. Fire up the propane grill for a delicious outdoor meal. Gather around the fire pit for stories and stargazing in the crisp mountain air. The home is located within a quiet, ungated community featuring a private 32-acre stocked lake—ideal for fishing, kayaking, or simply enjoying the peaceful views. A car is recommended to explore the area. The property offers convenient on-site parking and easy access to major Pocono highways. Please be advised that we have a security camera outside of the property. • Pet-friendly! ($75 per pet fee) No pee pads allowed (use will result in a fine) • Must be 25+ to rent • Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM • As per community rules, all outside lights must be turned off by 10:00 PM. • Life jackets are required for all lake activities • Fireworks and glass containers are prohibited in community areas • Alcohol not permitted in shared spaces (lake, beach, playgrounds, etc.) • A valid PA fishing license is required to fish in Lake Sinca • The master bedroom’s fireplace is only decorative. 🪪 Guests booking outside OTA must provide a government-issued ID before arrival. $49 insurance fee. 💰 Reservations made outside OTA must be paid in full at least 5 days prior to check-in.
