BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to:

- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
- electric kettle
- toaster
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a Samsung 50" smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The apartment comes with 2 designated car spaces. Additional paid parking is available at Bunda Street Car Park, with rates starting from $3/hour.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building’s BBQ Area and Gym throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by building management and can be closed without prior notice. We try our best to provide the most accurate information. Please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
Your keys are at "Ezymart - City Walk, Canberra" - 50 metres from your accommodation.
