This house is perfect for larger families or groups of couples.
Situated a short 5 minute drive from the airport and 7 minutes from Queenstown central, the house is ideally located above Queenstown’s marina. Highlights at the marina include:

- The Boat Shed Café (a local favourite brunch stop on the lake)
- The Frankton Walking Track (a 5km lakefront trail walk to town, or 4km to the OTA gin bar in Kelvin Heights).
The house top level comprises of all 4 bedrooms, 2 ensuites and a large family bathroom, with:

The middle floor comprises of an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, plus a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with guest friendly appliances and all the essentials you will need to cook a great meal during your stay. We also offer complimentary oil, salt, pepper, spices and cleaning products for your convenience. The living area has a 65” flatscreen smart TV, indoor gas fire, comfortable sofa and armchairs. The dining table can comfortably seat 8 people. There are also large doors leading out to the balcony from which you can enjoy the majestic and enchanting views of the Remarkables mountain range and the crystal-clear waters of Lake Wakatipu.
The bottom floor has a private double garage with internal access, full laundry facilities with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A ski boot dryer has recently been installed at the property. This new addition is designed to enhance your stay by providing a convenient and efficient solution for drying your boots after an exhilarating day on the slopes.

The house is prepared before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We also only use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment. During your stay the house will not be serviced – however, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
