The apartment comprises of generously sized open plan living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, full laundry facilities and your own attached private garage. For your comfort the apartment has a flat screen TV in both the living area and the main bedroom, gas fireplace, heaters in each bedroom and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The complex is perfectly situated, a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the heart of Queenstown. Close enough to be able to soak up the atmosphere and character of this unique little town, whilst also being far enough away to ensure you can relax away from the hustle and bustle on quieter evenings spent at your apartment. We prep the apartment before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We also only use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced; if you require servicing we can arrange this for you.
