However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach. - We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. Guest and all occupants and visitors must comply with the City of Newport Beach Good Neighbor Policy, Newport Beach Municipal Code, and all applicable City, State, and federal laws; any citation or violation issued by City Code Enforcement, Newport Beach Police, or other authorized authority may result in immediate termination and eviction with NO REFUND, to the fullest extent permitted by law, in accordance with NBMC Chapter 5.95, including applicable permit-revocation provisions. Upon expiration or lawful termination of the reservation, Guest and all occupants must immediately vacate the Property, and remaining at, entering, or re-entering the Property without authorization may constitute criminal trespass under California Penal Code § 602. Trespass is generally a misdemeanor and may be punishable by up to six (6) months in county jail and/or a fine of up to $1,000 pursuant to California Penal Code §§ 19 and 602. License number: SLP12604
