The living room is cozy and has lots of seating, perfect for relaxing after a beach day or having a game night with the family. The living area opens out to the front patio where you can grill up meals or soak up some sun. Located just steps from the Lido Village as well as the local grocery Vons/Pavilions on 32nd street. Walkability index is off the chart with scores of bars and restaurants within a 3 minute walk. You will enjoy the quiet neighborhood as well as the large living spaces at the property. The home has designated parking within the garage for 2 vehicles. There is also street parking, but please be aware of all street signs and notices.
