Sitting right on Elie’s long sandy beach, Sahara Park No. 10 is one of those homes that really makes the most of its setting. With panoramic views in every direction, a private garden and its own parking space off Links Place, this beachfront townhouse is perfectly placed for easy family holidays and dedicated golf breaks. You’re only a short stroll from the sports club with its all-weather tennis courts and both 9- and 18-hole golf courses, as well as coastal walks and all Elie’s village favourites.
Inside, the ground floor is designed for relaxed, social living. A modern kitchen/dining room is fully kitted out with induction hobs, two electric ovens, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, sink waste disposal and cafetière, plus a dining table seating 8–10 for long, chatty meals. There’s a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a cosy sitting room with sofas and TV, and a handy shower room with WC and wash hand basin. A large storage cupboard is ideal for beach gear and golf clubs, with charging points for trolleys.
Upstairs, the first floor has three comfortable bedrooms: a double with king-size bed and sea views, and two twin rooms each with two single beds. Or if guests prefer one of the twin rooms can be set up as a super king bed. These share a family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and wash hand basin. The top floor is home to a stunning master suite, with a super king-size bed, Juliet balcony and breathtaking sea views that make it hard to leave in the morning. The en-suite shower room has underfloor heating (set to a cosy 24°C), WC and wash hand basin.
