The unit is located on the ground floor of this magnificent complex, facing east to capture the morning sun. The open plan design allows for easy flow between the kitchen and living areas, and the bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated in a coastal yet classy style that perfectly fits the village lifestyle. A combination of a one bedroom apartment and a studio apartment. Have the flexibility of 2 separate apartments or open the internal doors to open up to a 2 bedroom apartment.

The Gold Coast Airport is just 13 minutes north and Byron Bay is just 35 minutes south.
