Beachfront apartment in Armação de Pêra, just steps from the sand, with terraces and sea view. We want to ensure the apartment remains in perfect condition for you and for future guests, so please read the following House Rules, which form part of the Accommodation Agreement accepted upon booking. Please treat the apartment, furniture, equipment, and linens with care. If something breaks or stops working, please inform our concierge promptly so it can be repaired or replaced. Always close doors and windows when leaving the apartment and turn off air conditioning or non-essential appliances to avoid energy waste or risks. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, subject to availability and confirmation. Early or late check-ins/outs may incur an additional fee, communicated in advance. Extra Cleaning and Laundry Deposit For certain seasonal or special event periods, an extra cleaning and laundry deposit of €250 may be required, requested via OTA as Extra Services. If payment is not made, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the booking. If no extra cleaning is required after check-out, the amount will be refunded within eight days via OTA. Check-in Requirements During or before check-in, non-resident guests must provide basic information and identification documents, as required by Portuguese law under Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement. Access and Stay Only registered guests are allowed to access or stay overnight in the property. Access by unregistered persons is strictly prohibited. Cleaning Rates include bed linen and towels, soap or hand gel, and shower gel. For stays longer than one week, mid-stay cleaning with linen change is provided. Extra cleaning services are available on request (subject to availability and additional fee). Noise In Portugal, quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and must be respected. Smoking This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas, and cigarette butts must be placed in ashtrays. Parties and Events Parties and events are strictly prohibited, as well as any behaviour that may cause damage to the property or disturb neighbours. Check-out Please leave the apartment tidy, remove all personal belongings, and dispose of rubbish in the external containers (see Welcome Book for locations). Please separate recyclables properly. Our cleaning team will handle the rest. We want you to have a memorable stay in Armação de Pêra, so we begin communicating before your arrival to ensure every detail is ready. Upon arrival, we will welcome you at the apartment, hand over the keys, and show you around. We are not on-site but are always available during your stay for any assistance. The beach is, of course, the main highlight — perfect for sunbathing, swimming, beach walks, and water sports, or simply relaxing at beachfront cafés and restaurants. Armação de Pêra Beach is known for its golden sand and clear waters, while the nearby Praia dos Pescadores offers a more intimate setting. From the town’s marina, you can take boat trips along the Algarve coast, exploring sea caves, rock formations, and sometimes even dolphins. Other nearby attractions include the local fish market, Fort of Nossa Senhora da Rocha, historic village centre, and the Zoomarine water park, just 10 minutes away by car. Nearby you’ll find numerous restaurants serving Portuguese and international cuisine, such as O Cantinho da Sardinha, O Bote, and Vila de Italia. Supermarkets including Algartalhos, Pingo Doce, Continente, and LIDL are within walking distance. The area also offers local shops, bars, and cafés, making it an ideal destination for a complete holiday experience in the Algarve. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment.
