While there is no air conditioning, fans are provided to ensure airflow and added comfort ✧ The apartment overlooks a local church, which holds Sunday services, so you may hear some singing and community activity at times. It’s also located just around the corner from Richmond Road, a key route between Grey Lynn, Westmere, and Ponsonby. With the range sliders and windows open, you may notice some traffic sounds, but closing them significantly reduces noise and keeps the space quieter
