In the heart of Ketchum, this luxurious penthouse has elevator access to a second-floor entrance. High ceilings, large windows, and patios on both East and West sides flood the living spaces with natural light. Between 2 levels, there are 3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests. The open kitchen/dining/living floor plan on the main level boasts a large, fully stocked entertaining kitchen with a Wolf range/oven, granite countertops, and a large stone slab island with 4 barstools. The adjacent dining (seating for 8) and living areas have a gas fireplace and 75-inch SmartTV (streaming only), and double-story windows with views of Baldy Mountain, as well as access to a generously furnished West-side patio. The East side of the main level has a cozy twin-over-full bedroom with an en suite 3/4 bath, a powder room, a pantry, and a laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer, utility sink, and granite counters.
Upstairs, the primary King bedroom has a sitting area, a 55-inch SmartTV (streaming only), and access to a covered patio with a table, 2 chairs, and views towards Sun Valley and the White Cloud mountains. The en suite full bath has a walk-in closet, double sink vanity, and a glassed walk-in bathing area with shower, soaking tub, and mountain views. Across the upstairs/3rd floor entry is a charming full-over-full bunk room with built-in stairs for safe and easy access. Even without a window, this room is sure to delight guests both young and old. Next to the 3rd floor separate entrance is a mud room with a bench, cubbies, and hooks to store winter or summer gear.
This property has one assigned covered parking space directly outside the ground-level building entrance. Additional vehicles should use street parking or the paid parking lot 2 blocks away.
Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
