Captiva Resort Villas amenities that are available with this rental include: heated community pool & hot tub, BBQ grills, tennis courts (fee may apply), parking and direct access to award winning Captiva Island beaches! ** This condo is privately owned and is NOT associated with the South Seas Resort rental program. Full resort amenities are NOT available with the rental of this unit including resort pool, water park, golf course access, trolley use, select stores & restaurants, beach rentals, resort appointed parking, and any on-site shops within South Seas. Resort guests pay a premium for these amenities. Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Property Manager includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits.
