Situated in Fernhill (only a 5 minute drive to the lake and CBD), with absolutely stunning views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu & the Remarkables mountain ranges. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories. This fabulously cozy house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms.. with free outdoor parking for two cars... ideally suited to families who are looking for a casual, fun house for the kids to play and the adults to relax. Conveniently located near Fernhill’s walking and biking trails, it also offers wonderful opportunities for outdoor adventures and exploration. The views are simply spectacular! Huge uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables Mountain Range and the surrounding mountains. From the kitchen, living area, master bedroom and the two outdoor deck areas, you can savour breathtaking views over The Remarkables. The living area features a wood-burning fire to keep you warm over the Winter months. You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the mountains and the lake as the sun rises and sets. BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS: Master Bedroom: King Size Bed with en-suite Second Bedroom: King Size Bed Third Bedroom: Bunk Beds = 1 Single/ 1 Double Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival. Cooks and chefs will absolutely LOVE the well equipped kitchen. We welcome everyone to come and stay in our home and simply ask that you care for it responsibly. We provide an exceptionally clean home and high quality 5-star hotel grade linen and towels, along with high quality pillows for all beds. Please, no pets, no parties and no smoking indoors. A maximum of six guests are allowed. Ideally the guest making the reservation must be over the age of 25. Please contact us if the guest making the booking is under 25... we are still willing to consider your booking, we just want to discuss with you first. Guest access: You will have private access to the entire house, except the garage and some of the storage cupboards where the home owner keeps their personal items. The home owner will not be at the house during your stay. Please note: We have a 3 night minimum stay over the Christmas and New Year period. It is very easy to get around. It is only 5 minutes’ drive to the lake and CBD. We do recommend that you have a car to get in and out of town. There is a bus stop about a 10 min walk away, that bus will take you all over the greater Queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare.
