BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Bedroom 1: King Size Bed (Bed cannot be split) Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds that can be zipped together to form a Super King Size bed Bedroom 3: King Size Bed (Can be split into 2 Single Beds) *You must inform us at least three days prior to your reservation if you would like a super king size bed in Bedroom 2, otherwise there will be a $100 charge to come out and change them. Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival. You will have access to the entire apartment. Being so close to Town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is right across the street and It’s only a 500 m walk to the shops and restaurants. There is a dedicated, on-site, free car space in the underground carpark. Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties. A maximum of 6 guests allowed. The person making the booking needs to be 25 years or older... unless otherwise authorised. Please contact us if the person booking is not 25 or older.
