Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival. A BBQ is available for guest use. If you would like to use it during your stay, please inform us at your earliest convenience or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. A fee of $150 applies, which covers the gas bottle, BBQ usage, and professional cleaning after your stay. Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events. A minimum 3 night stay applies during the Christmas and New Year period. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25. With a spacious driveway and a double garage at your disposal, parking will never be a concern during your stay.
