If you would like to use it during your stay, please inform us at your earliest convenience or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. A fee of $150 applies, which covers the gas bottle, BBQ usage, and professional cleaning after your stay. Additional amenities include full laundry facilities, complete with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, making it easy to keep your wardrobe fresh and clean throughout your stay. A secure single car garage is available for parking and storing ski equipment, ensuring your stay is both comfortable and practical. BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS: Bedroom 1- Queen Size Bed Bedroom 2- King Size Bed that can be split into 2 Single beds *Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on. Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival. Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events. A maximum of 4 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
