This beautifully appointed property boasts three spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary delight, ideal for preparing delicious meals to be enjoyed in the expansive open-plan living area. You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets. For your convenience, amenities include an iron and ironing board, as well as a dedicated laundry area, making longer stays a breeze. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival. You will have full use of the entire house. Being so close to town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is very close by and It’s only an 700 m walk to the shops and restaurants. Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties. A maximum of 6 guests allowed.
