A newly renovated apartment in an elevator-equipped building in the heart of Rome, this new property will provide you with a convenient, cozy accommodation that will allow you to live fully the life of a local. The flat is located minutes from Campo de’ Fiori, but you won’t have to worry about the noise that comes from staying this close to one of the city’s main attractions: the flat overlooks an inner courtyard (and the double glazing at the windows is a welcome help, soundproof-wise!).
Conveniently located near some of Rome’s top landmarks like Piazza Navona, the Pantheon or the Jewish Ghetto, this is also close to the city’s main bus lines which can take you in minutes to the Vatican, close enough to the Colosseum or the main train station at Roma Termini. Trastevere is also walking distance, no more than a ten minutes walk away! Oh, and did we mention that you’re going to be right around the corner from the world-known street market at Campo de’ Fiori along with some of the most famous groceries and bakeries in the area?
The renovation has incorporated some of the original elements from the building with more modern elements: therefore, the coffered ceilings contrast beautifully with the contemporary wooden floors, or the vintage entrance door is not at odds with the modern amenities such as the A/C, the smart TV, or the design furniture.
Travelers with a minor walking disability will want to keep in mind that there are half a dozen steps between street level and the entrance to the elevator, plus two more steps from the landing to the actual apartment.
Once inside, you will find a living/dining room with a comfortable double sofa bed for two extra guests, a small kitchenette with all the essentials (including a toaster oven, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, an electric oven with a gas stove and a mini fridge) along with basic pots, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The only bathroom has a comfortable shower, and the main bedroom leads to a walk-in closet and a laundry corner with a washing machine (no dryer features). A small balcony can be used as a smoke-room, or you can choose to dry your laundry here.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
On top of the A/C, this property has independent heating and a Wi-Fi connection is provided free of charge to all guests.
