With a 220-foot dock, fantastic pool and breathtaking open-water views, this 2,000-square-foot elevated haven provides an ideal escape in the Lower Keys.
Boating enthusiasts will revel in the unparalleled access from by the like-new dock, providing one of the best entry points to the pristine waters of the Lower Keys. The water is about 5 feet deep at the end of the dock, which also features a step-down and swim ladder, plus power, water and a shower for your convenience. Guests are welcome to bring one watercraft/trailer, per county ordinance. For those looking to explore in other ways, a local outfitter can arrange the delivery of bikes, kayaks, or paddleboards directly to your doorstep – just inquire with your property manager for additional details and recommendations for charter and boat rentals.
Inside, the house boasts a fully updated kitchen, equipped with modern amenities and ready for culinary adventures. Consider arranging grocery delivery in advance through your property manager for added convenience. A wine cooler and small ice maker add a touch of luxury, making cocktail preparation a breeze. Please note:
The primary renter must sign a rental agreement. Primary renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people. All guests must be registered with the property manager. No smoking. No pets. Property is licensed in Monroe County to do short-term rentals, and proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Shorter stays possible if there is room on the calendar.
Renters are permitted to have one watercraft and trailer, per county ordinance. A nearby outfitter will be happy to drop off rental bikes, kayaks or paddleboards. Ask your property manager for charter and boat rental information.
Please make sure to supply an email address at booking. Your rental is not finalized until we’ve received the electronically signed rental agreement that’s linked to from your confirmation email from BHHS Property Manager.
