Elegant and comfortable one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Milan, located in a period building in one of the most characteristic and central areas in Milan, a stone’s throw from the Duomo. The apartment is composed of a bright living room with a double sofa bed and open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine are among the top facilities.
The bright living room is furnished with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, a table with 4 chairs and a TV. The open kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, induction hobs and all the utensils for having lunch or dinner for 4 people. The modern furnishings, together with the large windows and the high ceilings typical of period buildings create a unique and refined environment. The bedroom with double bed, TV, wardrobe, also has a small desk where you can work from home in a separate room from the living area. The recently renovated bathroom has a window and it is equipped with a shower cubicle, washing machine and bathroom fixtures.
You can reach the apartment by bus, subway, train or tram. The apartment is located inside the ztl Area C,, so you have to pay for the entrance by car. You can park on the blue lines (hourly fee), while the yellow ones are reserved for residents.
The nearest metro station is Sforza - Policlinico at 700 m (MM4 blue, direct connection to Linate airport). The Duomo MM1 and MM3 stop is only 800 m away (direct connection to all stations: Central Station, Cadorna), a five-minute walk from the apartment. There are also numerous bus and tram lines nearby: bus 84, 94 tram 12, 19, 24.
Piazza Duomo is just 1 km away (a 13-minute walk), while Piazza San Babila—where the main shopping streets, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Via Montenapoleone, and the Fashion District (Quadrilatero della Moda) begin—is only 900 meters away, about a 10-minute walk. Just a few steps from the apartment, you will also find Corso XXII Marzo, another vibrant street full of shops, restaurants, and pizzeria.
