The living area, with a roof window, is furnished with an open kitchen, a peninsula table, a two-seater sofa convertible into a single sofa bed, and a TV. The kitchen has induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, dishes and pots. There are then two double bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a television; one bedroom also has a pouf that converts into a single bed. THE AREA The apartment is located in the heart of the Bovisa district, home to the Politecnico di Milano and therefore a lively district full of bars, restaurants, clubs. Bovisa is also a historical district, with its own city center and period buildings, and it is well connected to Milan city center and the main stations. GETTING AROUND From Bovisa station (a few minutes’ walk away) there are frequent connections to Centrale, Porta Garibaldi and Cadorna stations, as well as all the stops on the urban railway link (Passante ferroviario). From Bovisa station also direct connections with trains to Milano Malpensa airport. The underground station of Dergano (yellow line to Duomo) is about a 15-minute walk.
