Spacious and bright 3-bedroom apartment for 6 people, very close to Piazzale Lotto and easily reachable by metro 1 and 5. This modern four-room apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room and two small terraces. Air conditioning in all rooms, fiber wifi, dishwasher, washing machine are among the available amenities. The Penthouse Lotto welcomes you with the large living room, furnished with a dining table, a sofa, 42-inch TV. From here you access the small terrace overlooking the internal courtyard with bench and table. On the right there is the first double bedroom with a large desk to be able to work comfortably from home and the second small terrace. The island kitchen is spacious and equipped with all comforts: fridge, freezer, microwave, double sink, induction hob, dishwasher and coffee maker. From here you access the laundry room with washing machine and closet. An anteroom leads to the sleeping area where there is the first bedroom with a 5-door wardrobe and two single beds.
