This is an older home that is a cottage style with no insulation to keep Heat in most of the house except for the Kitchen, Living Room #1, Bedroom #1, & Bathroom #1. This will have no effect on the Window A/C units in the summer, but may impact some guests staying in April or at the end of September who prefer to always have the Heat running.
