Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $5,000 is required for long-term stays. This deposit is fully refundable, provided the property is returned in its original condition. We trust you will treat the space as if it were your own, and in return, we will ensure your deposit is returned promptly after your departure.

• Parties, gatherings, or loud disturbances are strictly prohibited. If a party is confirmed, a penalty of $1,000 will be charged based on the property type.
• Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are strictly prohibited inside the entire property, including both private and shared areas. Any evidence of smoking or marijuana (odor, ashes, cigarette butts, burns, etc.) will incur a $1,000 penalty.
• Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance. Unauthorized pets or exceeding the permitted number will result in a $300 deep-cleaning fee per pet.
• Overnight guests not listed on the reservation are not permitted. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will incur a $500 penalty per additional guest.
• Please keep noise levels reasonable at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors.

• Sleeping or staying overnight in common areas is not allowed. If this disrupts other guests, a $300–$500 violation fee may apply.
• Keep TV and speaker volume low. If a neighbor files an official noise complaint, a $200 administrative fee will be charged.

Parking Rules
• Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Garage parking is available if included in your stay.
• Do not block driveways or other vehicles. If your vehicle causes a neighbor complaint or is towed, all related costs and responsibilities will be the guest’s responsibility, plus a $200 parking violation fee.

• Report any damages, leaks, or malfunctioning appliances to management immediately.

• Unauthorized moving of large furniture (beds, sofas, refrigerators, etc.) that causes wall or floor damage will incur a minimum $300 repair fee.

• Keep emergency exits clear at all times.
• In case of emergency, call 911 first, then inform management.

Pool & Jacuzzi Rules
• Pool and jacuzzi use is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Running, diving, glass containers, or unsafe behavior around the pool area are strictly prohibited. Any damages caused by improper use may result in repair fees.
• GnG Vacation is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, slips, falls, drowning incidents, or any other harm occurring in or around the pool or jacuzzi area. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party while using these facilities.

• Excessive trash, severe stains, food residue, vomit, or damage to carpets/mattresses will result in a $500 deep-cleaning fee.
