⚠️ ATTENTION: PARKING & GARAGE RULES
Please follow the rules below so you don’t get a fine!
1. Every resident must wait for the garage door to close after entering or leaving. This includes motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians entering/exiting through the garage door. If two or more vehicles are leaving in immediate succession, the last out is responsible for waiting. If two or more vehicles are entering in immediate succession, the first must allow the door to close to assure the second vehicle has a garage remote. If two vehicles are entering and leaving at the same time, the entering vehicle must wait. (No warning required for fine.)
2. Speed limit in the garage is 10 miles per hour. (No warning required for fine.)
‼️ This property requires a $300.00 security deposit. It will be collected separately by us prior to your arrival. The $300 security deposit is a requirement to book a stay within the Homeowners Association of the Building. You will be required to upload your credit card into our secure guest portal for a $300 pre-authorization hold. The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA.
Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in.
You’ll be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we’ll send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign.
Please make best efforts to arrive during business hours or your access to the unit might get delayed as support is not immediately available.
🚨 PLEASE NOTE:
🔊 It is a city apartment, you may hear traffic noise and activities on the waterfront, such as construction, train, pier and marina. Noise reduced when balcony door and windows are closed.
🤫 Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep volume to a minimum. The neighbors below us are most impacted by noise. We request that guests remove shoes upon entry, and especially avoid wearing high heels on the tile floor.
