The villa is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people and offers a wide panoramic terrace where you can read a good book with the birds singing in the background, an external pool of 7 x 4 meters and a solarium.A part of the terrace offers the shade of a Portico with table and chairs: the ideal place to enjoy a good glass of wine and admire the splendid sunset that precedes the evening.VILLA NERANO IS DIVIDED INTO 3 LEVELS:Completely independent to be reached with a ramp of 24 stairs. Equipped with a nice lounge and dining room, small kitchen area, 1 main bedroom and the biggest bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Outside terrace overlooking the sea with a sitting area. Possibility of an extra double sofa bed.A ramp of 17 stairs connects you from the ground to the first floor where you find an amazing dining room with a big terrace facing the bay. A nice well equipped kitchen that provides everything you need is available. At Villa Marianna you’ll find a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, small bathroom with small shower.From the kitchen, it is possible to access the garden area where you can find the barbeque.A ramp of 15 stairs connect you on the second floor (sleeping area) where you can find 3 bedrooms.Two matrimonial bedrooms one with ensuite bathroom and the third bedroom furnished with a French Bed. Bathroom with shower is reached via the corridor. The main room has a private terrace with an amazing view of the Galli Island.All bedrooms and lounge equipped with satellite tv and sky service, free wi-fi connection in all rooms while all bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.
