As you enter the ground floor, you’ll find a bright and fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking and entertaining: a large oven, full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and plenty of kitchenware. The cozy living area with its fireplace and dining table creates a welcoming space for gathering, while a guest WC adds convenience.
The first floor features a second kitchen and another comfortable sitting and dining area, ideal for larger groups who enjoy flexibility during their stay. Three bedrooms are located on this level. One has a double bed and its own bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub; one of these rooms has two single beds, while the other includes a bunk-style twin arrangement. This setup works wonderfully for families with children.
The top floor hosts two spacious master bedrooms, each with a large double bed, en-suite bathroom and its own private balcony. These balconies are beautifully shaded and offer relaxing views of the surrounding nature, making them perfect spots for your morning coffee or a quiet evening drink.
Outdoor living is one of the villa’s biggest highlights. A large 4×12 m private pool invites you to unwind under the Cretan sun, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and shaded seating areas. There is a lovely terrace directly accessible from the ground floor, ideal for enjoying meals together, as well as a lounge corner with bamboo furniture. A gas BBQ is available for those who enjoy cooking outdoors, and a small garden with flowers adds to the peaceful atmosphere. A washing machine and dryer are also available in an outdoor utility area.
The villa is located in Vamos, a beautiful semi-mountainous village known for its traditional architecture and relaxed pace of life. Within a short stroll you’ll find local taverns, cafés, small shops, a bakery, a pharmacy and even a health center. Several sandy beaches lie within 5–10 km, while Chania is 25 km away and Rethymno just 35 km.
Its location is also ideal for exploring Western Crete. The villa is perfectly positioned near Rethymno, Kournas Lake and the Georgioupolis resort, making it a strategic base for daily excursions.
