VILLA BOUGANVILLE – NOTO AREA
Villa Bouganville is a private, exclusive villa with a swimming pool within a short distance from Noto. Nestled in the Sicilian countryside, Villa Bouganville is surrounded by a large garden, offering wonderful panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and the sea. The villa is conveniently located just a few minutes’ drive from the baroque towns of the Noto Valley and Vendicari nature reserve.
INTERIOR:
The villa develops over one floor, where we can find a bright and pleasant dining room with views of the garden, an inviting living area, a guest bathroom and a modern full kitchen.
In the sleeping area, we can find three comfortable and tastefully decorated double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers, and a lovely single bedroom with a French bed with an ensuite bathroom with shower.
OUTDOORS:
With a generous outside, this villa offers amazing outdoor entertainment that consists of a large lawn area, a large swimming pool with a hydro-massage corner (14m x 4m, a depth in meters of 1.50, and open from 20/03 to 30/11), an outdoor sitting area, table tennis, a billiard table and a football table that will guarantee lots to entertainment.
