Welcome to Raccoon Ridge by Property Manager!
Raccoon Ridge is a newly refreshed 3,500-square-foot cabin perched high above Pigeon Forge, offering sweeping Smoky Mountain views from nearly every room and three levels of covered decks. Set on Nottingham Heights Way, this elevated retreat blends classic log-cabin warmth with modern luxury, featuring brand-new furniture, upgraded bedding, refinished wood floors, repainted cabinetry, fresh décor, and new oversized TVs in every bedroom and the game room. The result is a home that feels both beautifully updated and unmistakably Smokies.
Inside, the main living room opens beneath soaring cathedral ceilings, framing the mountains through large windows and French doors. Plush seating surrounds a stone fireplace and big-screen TV, creating a welcoming space to unwind after exploring Dollywood, The Island, or the nearby national park. A second living area downstairs offers its own big-screen TV and a full entertainment setup, complete with a wet bar, seating for three, a bartender’s counter, and a mini-fridge—perfect for mixing cocktails or grabbing drinks between games. The home also includes a queen sleeper sofa, providing additional flexibility and comfort for larger groups.
The kitchen is fully equipped to handle meals for a crowd, with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and both Keurig and drip coffee options. A spacious dining table seats ten, with additional bar seating for three, making family gatherings and holiday meals feel effortless and inviting.
The newly upgraded game room brings nostalgic fun to the mountains with Golden Tee, arcade collections including Silver Strike Bowling, Target Toss Pro, Lawn Darts, and PowerPutt Golf, both upright and cocktail multicade machines, and a Tic Tac Toe basketball game. Upstairs, a stylish billiards loft features a regulation pool table and dartboard set beneath exposed beams and warm cabin finishes, offering another relaxed hangout with a view.
Raccoon Ridge’s outdoor living spaces are among its greatest highlights. Three covered decks span the back of the home, each outfitted with comfortable seating designed to take in the ever-changing colors of the Smokies. Guests can soak in the six-person hot tub while watching the ridgelines fade into evening light, fire up the Weber gas grill for a mountain feast, or settle into rocking chairs with a cup of coffee as the sun climbs above the trees. With its elevated vantage point, the cabin offers a sense of privacy while still being close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Guests also enjoy seasonal access to the community pool within the subdivision, just a short walk away—a refreshing bonus on sunny Tennessee afternoons.
Six well-appointed bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 19 guests, including the queen sleeper sofa. The primary suite offers a king bed, fireplace, ensuite bathroom, and mountain views. Three additional king bedrooms feature TVs, with one also offering an ensuite. A family-friendly room includes a queen bed with a triple twin bunk, while another ensuite bedroom features a full-over-full bunk. All rooms include refreshed bedding and new flat-panel TVs.
With high-speed WiFi, multiple living and entertainment spaces, fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs, extensive arcade offerings, a pool table, and both indoor and outdoor gathering areas, this home is designed for ease, comfort, and unforgettable group experiences. Its location places guests just minutes from top attractions—less than six miles to Dollywood, under five miles to The Island at Pigeon Forge, and a short drive to Gatlinburg, scenic mountain coasters, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Raccoon Ridge is where mountain vistas meet elevated comfort—a cabin retreat created for gathering, relaxing, and experiencing the Smokies in their most breathtaking form.
