Living Room: 55" TV Direct access to private front deck with BBQ + lounge seating Upper Unit B (Sleeps 10) Bedroom 1: King bed, Full ensuite bathroom, and direct access to private front deck. Bedroom 2: One Double, One Queen bed. Shared Full bath down the hall. Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Shared Full bath down the hall. Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa. Living Room: Direct access to private front deck with BBQ + lounge seating. Vaulted ceilings 65” TV Dining table for 6 KITCHENS: Both units feature fully equipped kitchens with all essentials for cooking, entertaining, and shared meals. Amenities include: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, traditional drip coffee maker (grounds), plates, bowls, utensils, cookware, serving essentials, spice rack, salt and pepper. No oils, sprays, foil, or wrap provided. TOWELS & LINENS: Bath and beach towels are provided. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. An iron and an ironing board are provided. LIVING SPACES: Both condos are furnished with stylish, comfortable pieces for a welcoming stay. We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. The cancellation policy is strictly enforced. PET POLICY: Non-shedding and small dogs are welcome for a pet fee. Please message us with your dog’s weight and breed to receive a payment request. Pets must not be left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. LOCATION: The property is steps from North Beach access and the beach trail. Downtown Del Mar’s restaurants, boutiques, and outlets are a five-minute drive away. GUEST ACCESS: Keyless entry is provided with a unique code sent before arrival. No physical keys are required.
