Each unit offers bright, beach-inspired interiors, comfortable living spaces with streaming capabilities, fully updated kitchens, and shaded patios with garden views and ceiling fans. A shared entrance area provides a welcoming atmosphere for a peaceful seaside stay. Starter supplies are provided, including trash bags, paper towels, a sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. Downstairs shared laundry room. Iron and ironing board. THINGS TO KNOW Each garage accommodates one compact or midsize vehicle. This is a noise-sensitive community with Good Neighbor monitoring for sound levels only. . IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets allowed, except approved ADA service animals. Guests must be 25 years or older to book. Travel insurance is recommended for unforeseen circumstances. The cancellation policy is strictly enforced. LOCATION The property is steps from beach access and Casa Romantica. Del Mar’s restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques are half a mile away. GUEST ACCESS Keyless entry is provided with a unique code issued before arrival. No physical keys are required. FAQ’s CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4 PM Check-out: 11 AM Early arrival or late departure may be available at no extra charge when possible. CLEANING Checkout cleaning is included. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. PACKAGE DELIVERY Package delivery is not recommended, as mailbox access is unavailable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
