• All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days (additional guest expense)
• Pool heating is available as an optional service beyond the ambient outdoor temperature. We charge a daily pool heating fee starting at $35 per day to cover the extra energy costs required to maintain the pool at a comfortable temperature, usually between 78°F and 82°F.
