As a guest of the gated Pedregal community, your exclusive access includes the private beach, a quiet, scenic spot for a peaceful escape, as well as the community’s pickleball, basketball, and tennis courts. This spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo is perched in the private hillside community of Pedregal, just minutes from downtown Cabo, but a world apart in feeling. Every detail is designed to bring comfort and calm. Soft light fills the open-concept living space, which flows into a fully equipped kitchen with elegant quartz countertops, perfect for cooking together or just uncorking a bottle of wine. Each of the three bedrooms is a private retreat, complete with its own en-suite bathroom. For your comfort, the primary and second bedrooms are both furnished with king-size beds, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds. Best of all, with filtered, drinkable tap water throughout the home, you can settle in effortlessly from the moment you arrive.
