Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this property does not have air conditioning, as the dry mountain climate keeps summers breezy and cool. The garage is compact; not suited for large SUVs, while the driveway can accommodate however, with so much within walking distance and free public transit available, a vehicle is hardly necessary.
