Now, let’s take a look around the house! On the first floor a large, fully equipped kitchen awaits you to prepare your meals and enjoy them at the balcony with the breathtaking view. On the same floor, there is the dining area & the living room, equipped with a 42" sateliteTV. On the same floor a full bathroom with a shower is available. The attic-style roof gives a cozy atmosphere that will make you feel like home. Going up on the attic there is a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with amazing views of the green landscape and the sea. Going down on the ground floor you will find the two other bedrooms. One bedroom with a king-size bed, one with a double bed. A full bathroom with a washing machine is also available on this floor. All the bedrooms are equipped with 32" TVs. Step out of the bedrooms and enjoy the pool, BBQ or just relax on the sun lounges. A separate bathroom is located next to the pool.
The village is strategically located just 2 minutes from the highway, providing you easy access for your daily excursions. It is a quiet place that however it is next to one of the most lively areas of Chania, the area of Platanias and Agia Marina. Platanias and Agia Marina have some of the best cafes, restaurants, beach bars, clubs, and of course beaches. In Platanias, there are also shops and supermarkets for your necessities. The center of Chania is approximately 20 minutes by car.
