The Smithy is a delightful single-storey cottage with three ensuite bedrooms, an expansive open-plan living area, a bright and airy conservatory, and a private garden boasting breathtaking view of the beautiful surrounding countryside. Located at Three Gates Farm, a converted 17th Century farm with a total of five charming 4-star holiday cottages, The Smithy is conveniently situated in proximity to Tiverton, near the border between Devon and Somerset. Three ensuite bedrooms (one double and two twins) are available along with a spacious conservatory. The property also comes equipped with a wood burner, including a complimentary basket of logs, as well as oil fired central heating. In addition, there is a private enclosed garden with mesh fencing, offering views over the beautiful rolling countryside, and complete with patio furniture and a barbecue.
